Around the striking peaks of the Alpstein-Massiv there is a multitude of wonderful photo motifs to discover. The most famous are the photogenic Seealpsee, the Säntis, the Schäfler, the Churfirsten or that Berggasthaus Aescher. The latter has been used as the cover picture of the Lonely Planet book “Destinations of a Lifetime” become a real Instagram hotspot. But there is also much else to discover in Eastern Switzerland.
