We cancel the planned day trip to Death Valley, as both overslept. In the great heat of the afternoon it would only be half as fun there. Somehow both of them are happy to have some rest. So we sleep a little longer and then watch the dominant 4-0 victory of the Germans against Portugal.
We march on the usual way to the strip to the shopping mecca FashionShow with its numerous fashion shops. We browse a few shops, but don't buy anything. Against the small hunger we eat delicious in the local food court. Today there are noticeably fewer people on the streets than at the weekend. Back at the hotel we watch TV, go swimming, I wash and later visit the fitness center.
We have a delicious T-bone steak at the Harley Davidson Café on the Strip. Now we want to plunge into the nightlife of the big city one last time. Several margaritas later we land in one of the casinos and try our hand at roulette. Oli is much more successful than me, at least at the beginning. After $ 200 I'll quit, enough is enough!
