From a very short distance we can watch the funny marine mammals as they roll around in the sand and let the waves roll back and forth. Then you go up along the washed-out stream bed. The path grace again and again <strong>Lava lizards <\/strong>and circling above our heads<strong> all sorts of sea birds<\/strong>. Orcas have also been sighted out in the sea, unfortunately not today. But the scenery is really unique. On the way back we witness a rare spectacle. Unfortunately the GoPro did not charge properly tonight and therefore remains on the bank. As soon as we are in the water we get a first <strong>Sea lions circling curiously<\/strong>. Which the cop doesn&#039;t like that much and suddenly storms on Niki. The massive animal makes quite an impression, even if it was probably just a threatening gesture. We swim further out, where we see huge schools of fish in the wonderfully clear water and are inspected by other sea lions. <strong>The curious animals seem to be playing with us. <\/strong>A terrific experience, we won&#039;t forget that anytime soon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It goes back on board the Darwin. Briefly rinse off the salt water, then lunch will be waiting for you. However, the place does not offer that much for snorkeling. Blowing up sand worsens the view somewhat and real highlights remain rare. Again we see <strong>numerous reef fish<\/strong>, a few bigger ones <strong>Parrot fish<\/strong> as well as a large perch. No sea lions can be seen in the water this time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After a good hour we go back to the mother ship. Niki enjoys having solid ground under her feet again. After we got some <strong>Souvenir shops<\/strong> After we have rattled off we are looking for a restaurant for a cold beer. Lie at the harbor <strong>countless sea lions <\/strong>lazy around.
