We arrive in Puerto Montt punctually at 9 a.m. We will find out more at the tidy bus station <b>Rental car<\/b> and you will find what you are looking for straight away!<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>After a coffee we head north, where we will soon be in\u00a0<b>Puerto Varas<\/b> arrive. Many signs of German immigrants can be seen here. We drive along the vast <b>Llanquihue lake<\/b> along and come to the majestic <b>Osorno volcano<\/b> getting closer. Despite its only 2652 m asl, it rises high above the surrounding landscape and its <b>snow-white summit<\/b> contrasts strongly with bright blue sky. The second volcano on our right, the Calbuco, is almost forgotten. It is not for nothing that we like to compare the Osorno with the Japanese Fujiyama. The villages work <b>extremely European<\/b>, tidy, organized and clean. Cows graze on the extensive pastures and the roads are in good condition.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<img data-opt-id=1150716749  fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5744\" src=\"https:\/\/mlnnzcgf0rm9.i.optimole.com\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/marcelgross.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/2015_01_08_1.jpg\" alt=\"2015_01_08_1\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mlnnzcgf0rm9.i.optimole.com\/w:1170\/h:658\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/www.marcelgross.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/2015_01_08_1.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/mlnnzcgf0rm9.i.optimole.com\/w:600\/h:337\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/www.marcelgross.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/2015_01_08_1.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Finally we reach that\u00a0<b>Vicente P\u00e9rez Rosales National Park<\/b> and see us the turquoise ones\u00a0<b>Saltos del Petrohu\u00e9<\/b> at. Despite the still wonderful weather and an astonishingly warm 25 degrees, the falls do not quite deliver the expected super subject, as they currently have too little water. We are by no means the only ones who visit the roaring water, numerous locals are also there. But not only that! The village turns out to be more of a luxury resort and we decide to go outside the park in <b>Ensenada<\/b> to look for a place to stay. In a simple and inexpensive hospedaje we find what we are looking for and eat delicious salmon.
